OA Publishing guarantees the quality of the Bibles we sell to the purchaser directly. OA Publishing manufacturer’s warranty provides coverage for defective bindings on hardcover, softcover, and on bonded and top-grain leather Bibles for six years. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. If at any time a Bible that you purchase from us directly is found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials, OA Publishing agrees to address the problem, provided that the bible is shipped to our office in Harrah, Oklahoma prepaid with a return authorization from us. This guarantee does not provide coverage for normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, natural patina of the cover, or changes that result from extreme temperature or humidity changes, or allergic reactions thought to be caused by our products. We will not be held responsible for spine damages on account of customer mishandling or the cost to repair them. Spine damages most commonly occur from the event of accidental falls and unnatural twisting. Please contact us by email to send photos of the product as soon as you discover them. You may request a return by email. No returns can be made without our prior written authorization.
**You must provide proof of purchase from OA Publishing in order to initiate a return.
If you realize that you have received the wrong item (wrong model/color), please let us know immediately without opening the outside cellophane wrapper. We are unable to issue full refunds or exchanges on Bibles or books with removed shrink wrapping without a restocking fee of 15% will be incurred. Our return policy window is 30 days.
**If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless a manufacturing defect can be confirmed. Our warranty policy does not cover incidental spelling or minor typographical errors or discovered discrepancies inherent in the writing of the Bible or book, nor small irregularities of patina, stitching, or pattern, such as is common in leather products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund amount we are offering to you for your return based on the ascertained condition of the returned goods. We are only able to reimburse for defective item shipping fees which are pre-authorized, using the method of Media Mail USPS.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, you can contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, or contact your bank. There is often some processing time (at times up to 7 days) before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items (clearance) cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you have found that your item came to you with a manufacturer defect, we are happy to give you an exchange for a return made to us. Just to confirm, we can only replace items with confirmed manufacturer defects, and not for peculiarities such as bent or creased pages, smudges, tears, or other regular signs of usage without a restocking fee. We are unable to offer replacement bibles or books that have been obviously dropped or bent back at a hard angle in an unnatural way. Spine damages are not covered under our lifetime warranty. If you did not get the right item or color, we encourage you to not remove the cellophane wrapping before returning to avoid being charged a restocking fee. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and please wait to receive your return authorization confirmation email with information about where to send the return, then send your item to Oklahoma Academy Publishing, 6, Harrah OK 73045, United States. You will be responsible to prepay the USPS MEDIA MAIL shipping method at the post office for products returned for an exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to Oklahoma Academy Publishing, 6100 Academy Lane., Harrah OK 73045, OA Publishing reserves the right to determine the reshipping method regardless of the original shipping method used in the original order. We request that you use USPS MEDIA MAIL shipping method for any book returns. Non-media items may be return shipped via First Class USPS mail service.
Shipping costs for your original purchase are non-refundable unless you are returning a defective product.
OAPublishing is not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipment. We recommend that you send your return with insurance added.
We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin or lung conditions assumed to be caused by our products.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance to prevent loss, damage, or theft, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will not be held responsible for an "insufficient address" return shipping fee if the address we use is later confirmed by the postal system to be valid, and if it can be proven that the address that you gave to us by written or oral communication was the one we used. We will not accept responsibility for unauthorized return shipping costs or any costs associated with the return, such as unpaid import duties, taxes, or customs fees. If such returns are made without our written authorization, we will not be able to offer a refund should the balance we pay for such fees be more than the cost that you paid for the product ordered.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If your package is returned to us due to insufficient address or you were not at home and were issued notifications by the mail carrier to pick up your package at the post office, you will be responsible for paying the return-to-sender shipping fees as well as any fees for resending the package to you.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ADDING INSURANCE TO ALL OF YOUR ECONOMY, FREE SHIPPING ORDERS (Media Mail is what we use for our economy shipping method). It is a minimal cost considering the cost to replace your investment in the event of loss, theft, or damage. (Only 1-2% of the total purchase value). We consider USPS Priority Mail to be faster than Media Mail, and it does have some insurance coverage. We want you to be at peace knowing that your purchase is protected!
