OA Publishing guarantees the bibles we sell to the purchaser. If at any time our bible develops any defects that are a result of faulty workmanship or materials, OA Publishing agrees to address the problem, provided that the bible is shipped to our office in Harrah, Oklahoma prepaid. This guarantee does not provide coverage of repairs necessitated by normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, natural patina of the cover, or changes that result from extreme temperature or humidity changes. Spine damages most commonly occur from the event of accidental falls and unnatural twisting. We will not be held responsible for spine damages on account of customer mishandling.
If you have received the wrong item, please let us know immediately without opening it. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We are unable to refund for the following: CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items with confirmed manufacturer defects. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait to receive your return authorization confirmation email with a return shipping label to print out, then send your item to Oklahoma Academy Publishing, 6, Harrah OK 73045, United States. You will pay for the USPS MEDIA MAIL shipping method at the post office. We are unable to offer replacement bibles or books that have been obviously dropped or bent hard in an unnatural way. Spine damages are not covered under our warranty. Bibles that have been opened and thumbed through are considered to be in a used and not in new condition.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Oklahoma Academy Publishing, 6100 Academy Lane., Harrah OK 73045, United States using USPS MEDIA MAIL shipping method using the shipping label sent to you by email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for your original purchase are non-refundable. If you are to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund if we made a mistake. If you are returning for an exchange, you will be reimbursed only for the return shipping cost if the exchange was due to a mistake on our part in shipping the wrong item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance to prevent loss, damage, or theft, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If your package is returned to us due to insufficient address or you were not at home and were issued notifications by the mail carrier to pick up your package at the post office, you will be responsible to pay the return-to-sender shipping fees as well as any fees for resending the package to you.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ADDING INSURANCE TO ALL OF YOUR ORDERS. It is a minimal cost considering the cost of your investment. (Only 1-2% of the total purchase value). Theft is on the rise. as well as lost or damaged items. We do not consider Media Mail to be the fastest nor the most reliable shipping service. We want for you to be at peace knowing that your purchase is protected!
